FPS Electric announces change in ownership

Founder Frank van de Staak has acquired the shares in FPS Electric held by B. van Loon Beheer B.V. (owned by Bert van Loon). As a result, ownership is now fully in the hands of Frank van de Staak.

FPS Electric was established by Frank van de Staak with a clear vision of zero-emission machines for the green sector. At an early stage, Bert van Loon joined, laying the foundation to start, invest in, and further develop the company. His involvement has made an important contribution to the growth of FPS Electric into the organization it is today.

FPS Electric expresses its appreciation for the role and commitment of Bert van Loon during the company’s formative phase.

The collaboration will continue. Van Loon Groentechniek B.V. and WeedControl B.V. remain important customers and partners of FPS Electric. This cooperation will continue in a professional manner and with mutual respect. Nothing will change for customers: they can continue to rely on the same trusted service and continuity.

With full ownership now with Frank van de Staak, the focus is on the further development of the organization. In this context, FPS Group B.V. has recently been established as a holding structure, with two clearly positioned business units beneath it.

FPS Electric focuses on the development and production of fully electric tool carriers and mowing machines under the AllTrec brand. FPS Machines specializes in the development and production of battery packs and electric drivetrains and also supports OEM customers in electrifying existing diesel machines.

FPS Electric will continue its activities without interruption and looks to the future with confidence.
